Bank Draft: A bank draft is required in favour of the brokerage (find out the brokerage name from your Realtor / Salesperson) for a total amount of the First and Last Month’s rent and deposit respectively. Additional deposit is NOT required, however some applicants MAY choose to offer additional months of deposit voluntarily.
Please note, from the above list, Photo ID, Credit Score and Proof of Employment (where applicable) are required from each adult applicant. If there are more than 2 applicants, please use a separate Rental Application. If your offer is accepted, tenant insurance, key deposit etc., maybe required.
If you choose to or not able to provide all information required, the processing maybe delayed or application rejected. Landlords may or may not waive the requirements.
